Responsibilities:
- Continues a plan of care in accordance with the Physical Therapy evaluation
- Performs effective and efficient follow up visits for clients
- Observe and report the social/emotional factors relating to the client’s condition/illness
- Communicate and educate the client, client’s family and significant others regarding symptoms, treatment options, and resources
- Serve as a resource person to the client, client’s family and significant other
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program
- Ability to travel as needed to perform job. Must have reliable transportation
- Maintain credentialing and training requirements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding client, employee and company proprietary information
- Ability to relate professionally and work cooperatively with clients, families, and other staff members
